I highly recommend those who wants to get a printer or a printer repaired to go check on Amazon first. Very likely to get a brand new shipped at your door the next day with a price less than repairing it. Overpricing on everything. Went because I read others’ reviews and imagined to meet some energetic young men in the line of service - that’s not the case. They do not put themselves in the customer’s shoes neither do they understand this type of service isn’t the place to demonstrate their egos, or to fool people, by saying “you don’t understand”. Now only if you yourself are a traditional and conservative person then this place may work fine; however it’s been years I haven’t been to any business like theirs, where they’d consider their time and energy (over) highly and keep reminding their customer about it, which to me explains excellently why people like Trump could still get elected in the 21st century.
Great fast service. They saved me lots of money by using compatible cartridges for my color laser printer. I was not sure about using compatibles, but following their recommendation, I have a very good print quality for a fraction of the price. They also offer great pricing on printing services.
Really found the problem fast and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Saved me a lot of money by not having to buy a new printer. A-1 service.
