The takeout was ready in 5 minutes, while my pick-up takes less than that. Staffs are professional and fast. The meal is kept warm before you come, and nicely packaged. I ordered 1/4 spicy chicken thighs, with fries and salad. The combo was 11 before tax and tip. Enough for a female, though if you are a large guy, you would need to order more. Salad was unimpressive but the fries and chicken are decent. The spiceness won't make you sweat, just add some flavors, while chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy.

I was a little lost at first, but once I figured out the system I ordered a whole chicken and it was prepared fast. Very moist and seasoned just right. I ate it right from the bag with a fork. It gets only 4 stars for thesmall as heck bathroom, as well as desserts being mediocre (I asked if a dessert was lemon and they gave me it anyway... it wasn't lemon just a sugar mess) I'd grab another chicken from here though.

Classic place in Montreal for Portuguese chicken. Big portion with tasty chicken, could be less salty. Long wait line and their customer service could be better.

Very disappointed, ordered a family meal and they gave us extremely dry chicken and old fries with alone one sauce. Would definitely not recommend since it was not good at all and very prices for the quantity was barely enough fries and salad for a decent portion for 2 people. Way better Portuguese chicken in Montreal for half the price.

This is a fairly busy order and sit restaurant. You line up to order your meal and have a full view of your food being made or packed. Then you continue the line to cash out. All food on their menu seemed to already have tax included. Their prices are good and affordable. Great for a snack or cheap meal. They also offer some pastries that are house baked. The chicken was full of flavour and I loved the brushed on oil/sauce they used on the chicken. The chicken was unexpectedly a little spicy. The salad that was on the side was very small in portion. A simple salad with what tastes like thousand island salad dressing. Fries was good, especially when dipped with the sauce from the chicken. Overall salty dish. I was very disappointed with the rice, it was the saltiest of the meal. I like the flavour seasoning of the rice but there was also an over seasoned of salt.

End of an era. We haven’t had Romados in over a year now as we moved from the area and today I drove out to grab some of this delicious chicken across town. What a disappointment. Dry. Way too salty. Flavourless spice. I can honestly say that the bbq chicken I get from the supermarket is amazing compared to what we just ate. Sad to see my favourite chicken place sunk so low.

A Portugese charcoal grill style rotisserie chicken joint with a salty Piri Piri sauce. For rotisserie chicken it is quite good. Note there is usually a long line here. Takeout only due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Highly recommend their natas.

This place used to be very good and worth waiting in line back in the days. But it seems like there have been a change of ownership and the food is just not good anymore. To summarize I had to throw everything away the food was just too nasty. I wasted my time I wasted my money and for sure I will never go back!
