They took the time to really listen and understand my concerns they didnt rush me and answered all my questions there empathetic they would get a 5 star if it wasnt for never being able to have a person answer the phones or call back but honestly i was treated like a human not a number i praise this institute human professionals. Thank you. If your looking for a rheumatology Dr. I recommend it. There worth that wait.

Very bad experience. Due to work schedule I had to cancel my two appointments 24 h before by calling them. Today called back to get a new appointment, secretary advised me that DR Marie Anais Remillard had closed my file. I asked what I shoud do, she said go see your doctor for the new referral. I am on medication and do not know how long I can take them. On top of everything no one has advised me that cancellig appointments can affect the file.
