Extremely satisfied! Pellatt staff answered all my questions immediately and provided same day delivery (for a funeral home). I ordered the “All Things Rich Gift Basket” and it didn’t disappoint. The basket looked exactly like the photo on the website. I was initially hesitant since I live in Toronto, not Montreal and I had never used this company before. I ordered the Luxurious Flavours Gourmet Gift Basket for a family member. She said it was beautiful and was very excited to try the items included. There was some difficulty on our end to get the item to my family member but the team at Pellatt went above and beyond to make sure the package was delivered safely. Highly recommend!

I ordered the gluten free basket for my 86 years old aunt and ask them to put it in this beautiful 3 box gift display. I was calling from Barcelona Spain and was hoping it will be deliver without any problem. Guess what ?
