The receptionist is very abrupt and rude. They always have specific times you need to call before even getting an appointment. He is super hard to get a hold off and his office hours are unknown and not fixed. So if you have an emergency, you're actually better off going to the emergency room.

Both of my children go to him and he was my doctor as well. He is caring, compassionate, direct and thorough. My girls love him and that's a great thing in and of itself.
Really bad experience. If you health is OK, this doctor is ok. But if you arrive with a problem , his only anserw is \go to the emergency\ It happend to me three times. Last time, my son was a serious problem and he didn't want to take his case. He didn't make any question, NOTHNG. Just \go to the emergency\ His secretary.... It seems she doesn't like her job I'll never came back

The best! He takes his time to examine your child. My son loves him and is always excited to see Dr. Rossy! He is great
