Gave him my winter coat to clean, and he said it would take him 4 days. Came back later in 4 days and nothing was cleaned he just put it in a plastic bag. He didn’t even bother.

Refused to wash and steam a dress with instructions as simple as: wash cold water, gentle cycle and iron low heat. These are NOT professionals.
Have been going here for dry cleaning for about 10 years now. Great results and inexpensive dry cleaning and tailor services.
VERY BAD SERVICE! DON'T BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!! I had to put one star to be able to post I brought some shirts in to adjust the straps on my shirts on a Monday. They were supposed to be ready on the Friday. I passed the Thursday after and my shirts still weren't done! The guy said tomorrow (the friday after they were supposed to be ready ) so I said ok. So I went back the next day and my shirts weren't done! I asked why and he replied that he thought the straps would be too short. I took the measurement before I brought em in! 2 weeks of wast of time for my shirts that I needed a week ago!
