Purchased a car from Alberta and had it shipped to Quebec. It arrived within two weeks without a scratch. I chose the enclosed trailer option and it was not much more in cost than competing companies that was quoted with an open trailer. Fair prices and great communication from the drivers. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you Nick and both drivers for taking care of my vehicle delivery!

DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY. - they don't pay for damages because they protect themselves with bogus terms. Had my car transported from Vancouver to Montreal. The car arrived without a mirror and no one would take responsibility. Avoid MVS.

Dear Owners of MVS Canada, You asked me to be patient while you figure out a solution for my problem. I received an email from MVS Canada today making no substantial effort to resolve the issue. I highlighted the outstanding issues below 1)\tMVS Canada lost my car keys: In an email MVS Canada indirectly indicated that they are not going to replace my keys. MVS Canada is not accepting the responsibility after misplacing my keys. 2)\tMy car is vulnerable for theft: If someone gains access to my lost key, they could steal my car. MVS Canada has no explanation to this question. MVS Canada representatives are conveniently ignoring this point in my emails and phone calls 3)\tIgnored my pleas for help: As soon as I was notified about MVS Canada losing my keys, I called multiple times to indicate that the car has remote start and the repair work must be done properly at an Acura Dealership. I also specifically told MVS Canada that my town does not have an Acura dealership. MVS Canada ignored my pleas and simply made a Band-Aid fix to the problem. 4)\tI am not sure why I am left to bear the cost of MVS Canada’s mistakes? I just want MVS Canada to accept responsibility and fix keys to my car. If you are the owners of MVS Canada, I request you to address my issues immediately. I am sure MVS Canada prides itself in offering exceptional customer service. Please resolve my issues to prove that MVS Canada does not leave its customers stranded, especially when the mistake lies with MVS Canada. I just want my car to be restored to the condition that it was when I left it with MVS Canada. Please help! Thank you.

Dear MVS Canada, MVS Canada lost keys to my Acura MDX and despite repeated pleas to fix the key professionally, MVS Canada decided to go with a “Band-Aid” fix and shipped my vehicle. The answer I received to my question was that I am being overly concerned about my keys when professionals are fixing the issue. I trusted MVS Canada and this proved to be a grave mistake. I was not contacted about the loss of keys until I called to find out about the extremely long delay. MVS Canada simply gave a key that does not have a remote start. I have been constantly reaching out to you and MVS Canada is ignoring my emails. 1)\tWhy are you not taking the responsibility for your own mistake? Why did you lose my key? No one misplaces the key intentionally, I can understand that. But, why are you not fixing my key the right way? Any reputed business would accept its own mistakes honestly. 2)\tI have been asking the same question by email and through reviews. I am not getting any relevant answers. I paid a lot of money for my MDX. I am not able to use the car the way I wanted due to the mistakes of MVS Canada. How are you going to compensate for all my struggles that are created by MVS Canada? I request the owners or the managers of MVS Canada to address my issue. I just want my car to be restored to the condition that it was when MVS Canada took possession of my vehicle. I seriously do not think that this is an outrageous request. I entered in to a contract with MVS Canada to ship my vehicle. Not to cause me undue stress by losing my key and refusing proper service. Please help!
