I'm trying to call to change address, selected the option to receive a call because it was 20 minutes waiting time. Received the callback and then they put me on hold for more 20 minutes, total 40 minutes waiting. When finally I was able to speak with someone, the person told: Sir I'll transfer you to someone that can speak English, I said ok, then I waited for more 20 minutes and no one answered! Lost 1 hour of my day!!!! and I'll have to lose more...

Both of my cars were hit by their insured customer the day before Thanksgiving. It has been over a month and neither tow yard has heard from the claims adjuster. The claims department has given us the wrong contact information. I've left several messages for the claims adjuster, Slyvie, along with both insurance companies and to this day no response. I would love to have this matter resolved. Once this happens, I will not change this rating.
