Insanely good experience tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the lachine canal and it was made even better when we stopped for a cheeky pint and a tour at the St Ambroise brewery a few pints later we had to kayak our way back which was certainly interesting recommend to the absolute fullest

Great place to Kayak for 1-2 hours. Service was quick and the canal had some pretty views. Heads up, there aren’t any rental lockers. I think they have lockers in the back but you have to bring your own lock, we ended up taking our bags in the boat and they got a little wet. If you’re going kayaking, bring a change of pants because your pants will get wet. Also, bring a watch to keep an eye on the time.
Great local option to be on the water. This place is right near the Atwater market near the canal. You can rent pédalo, Swan pédalo, kayaks, electric boats,.. you are limited by the locks on two ends, but there is enough to go around for an hour. You won’t get that country, adventure feeling since you see people jogging and biking by the canal. They provide disinfected life jackets for each person. The prices are reasonable, and I would suggest to book online in advance for an evening or weekend if you don’t want to wait around too long for a rental. it’s the second time I’ve been there and plan to go back before the end of summer.
A great way to taste nature! The service is great and the equipment is in good condition. The price is fair (20 for 30min pedalo).
Fun little peddle boat ride. 4 person boats. It took us about an hour to go down to the locks and back up.
