Went to this place for a consultation of 250. Doctor told me that I for sure had De quervain's when he did little to no tests and the tests came back negative. All he did was refer me to a person who could make me a custom thumb splint (that I could buy for 5). Turns out, I didn't actually have DQ and it was a nerve problem (that he did not even check for). Very disappointed that I spent 250 for a false diagnosis in a two minute consultation. I even had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to get in. Do not recommend.

I am so glad that I went to Dr. Durand to have my surgery. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the results. He helped me to pick the perfect size of my breast implants because I was worried about going too big, I trusted his suggestion and I am so happy that I did. He and his assistants did an amazing job with the surgery.

No respect at all for his clients! Yes clients, because his practice is lucrative. I waited 40 minutes, only to have a client that had just walked in pass before me. She didn’t show any sign of emergency. I Dr. Durand before he closed the door and he just nodded. His secretary had put a note on my file mentioning I was on my lunch break, but he just didn’t care. So I left without seeing him. I don’t recommend his services at all.

I am so happy that I chose to see Dr. DURAND for my surgery. I had several consultations with other doctors, and none of them were as detailed as attentive as Dr. DURAND. And I am very pleased with my results, as are the friends that I have since referred to him since then. Also, the staff is very friendly and reassuring in the atmosphere of the clinic is relaxing and everyone has a great attitude.

I was extremely disappointed with my dealings with Dr. Durand’s clinic. I contacted them and they were very quick to respond. That was nice. I asked for the price of the first visit as he’s private: response 250. I was ready to pay anything because I’ve had two carpal tunnel surgeries and was hoping this would be the solution I’ve been dreaming about. Got a call not 5 minutes later informing me that because of my previous surgeries the first appointment would now cost 750! I was shocked but said thank you and I’d find a solution elsewhere. Too bad! Very sad! I guess it’s better for doctor’s to go the simple route and not have to deal with complications. Disappointed

Simply put: Dr. Durand cares about his patients. He gives them the time, attention, and results that they deserve. I've had experience with many different plastic surgeons, and I can definitely say that Dr. Durand is as good as they come.

From your initial meeting with Dr. Durand to leaving the clinic, you'll just have that gut feeling that you made the right decision by associating with the right doctor

J'ai eu une expérience PARFAITE ! Du début à la fin, toute l'équipe ainsi que le Dr. Durand m'ont mit en confiance. Le jour de ma chirurgie, les infirmières étaient présentes et s'assurait toujours de mon confort total. Tout à tellement bien été je n'en reviens toujours pas. À peine 1 heure après mon opération j'étais déjà prête à quitter pour la maison puisque je me sentais super bien. À la suite de mon opération je n'ai eu AUCUNE douleur et aucune complication. Je suis vraiment contente d'avoir pris la décision de procéder avec cette chirurgie qui change en quelque sorte ma vie. Je recommande a 1000% ce Docteur ainsi que cette clinique, vous ne serez pas déçue de votre expérience je vous le garantie ! :) Merci pour tout encore à toute l'équipe !
