I like the fact that they are very professional and yet so friendly with the clients, making me feel very welcome and comfortable in dealing with them. Such behavior is not found in all shops or companies; but I received it here. As a client I am impressed.

Let me start by saying that the installation team and the price we paid for the door are the reason they are getting at least 2 stars. The installation team was awesome!!! We purchased a door on liquidation, what a great deal. Now this is were they need to fix things. The sales person was dishonest, caught him in a lie on at least 2 different occasions. Tried selling us a door handle for 179, claiming that it was 50% off and it was supposedly the only door handle that would fit our door. Both were lies, discount was approx. 20% off (cause it was a demo), followed my gut feeling and purchased a door handle from the competition and it fit like a charm. The arrogance and lack of respect when he was talking to us wasn't fun. Once again, if it wasn't for the great price on the door, we would of walked away. That gentleman, gives sales people a black eye. What a shame!!!

Great staff , incredible prices,fantastic service in both languages, The best place in Montreal for windows and doors .. 5 stars is not enough... 5 diamonds is more like it ..

If I were the owner of this establishment I would close the doors because the way these people conduct business there’s no way these people will last ... horrible service definitely separatists , they don’t make an effort for no one . You’re not special you’re just a number . Sickening
