I visited this place in the month of march to bring my dog for daycare, it was my first trip there but....I was shocked as I saw a lot of dogs outside on a balcony. ??? which is weird since they have a park inside ! I won’t pay money for a dog park and have my dog sit all day on a balcony!! The dogs looked so unhappy and it didn’t look safe. Then, when I went inside, there was NOBODY at the reception!!!!! I’m not sure if they care about the dogs safety at this point! Anyways that’s not the only negative point! There’s a lot of people who told me that there was weird things going on. but I wanted to see it on my own and give it a chance but oh boy ! I ended up leaving I won’t ever bring my dog to a place like this! I’m glad I’m not a customer!!!!

On top of everything, Doggieville is a place of love for dogs. Not only is it beautifully conceived as a space for our furry friends, the minute you step in there you can witness the staff cares and enjoy their four legged guests! I believe the first time I went to DV it was for an event still before it officially opened but the good vibes were already there. Next when me and my wife had to find a place to host Bart (our spoiled iggy) while we traveled on vacation, we had no doubts we would check him at DV's Sam's Lodge. He's a regular now at DV and we can't even think about leaving him somewhere else when we need to be away for a few days because we know at DV he will be loved and well taken care of. Whether you need a place to leave your poochie for the day, a longer stay or you just want to go there, hang around and have a delicious brunch, DV is the place to go!

Simply the best. We bring our dog Miko every week and he loves going to Doggieville. All the workers are super friendly and caring. You feel safe leaving your pooch there for the day.

Excellent services with amazing facilities!! Brought lil' miniature poodle for a grooming & it's the first time she didn't squirm or bark to get away! :-0 everything handled very professional & all staff very caring. There's a daycare, charming lil' rooms for overnight stays & even a lovely pool. Also found her favorite dog food here. Love this place.

As I cannot answer your reply i will add an explanatory comment to my 1 star review. I may never have bothered to create an account under my name but my review is true. I used to buy my dogs raw food and treats at your establishment. After a few clicks on Google I have found cheaper elsewhere and they always have plenty of variety and fresher expiration dates thus the value, quality and reliability rating. If I recall well on the 22nd of july 2020 I brought a client's dog from your facility to the nearest vet clinic because YOU COULDN'T DO IT and never really got any direct gratitude from your behalf, that pretty much explains my professionalism rating. As I mentioned before my review is true, maybe I should have properly detailed it at first.

I came to Ruby's café for brunch with my family, friends and of course our pets! Absolutely loved the food and service! :) We had a blast and our dogs loved the cupcakes as well. We also loved the pet boutique. Would definitely come here again!

Beautiful place, and very nice staff, limited on food selection but they have a decent selection of toys, leashes and harnesses. We take our Frenchie there for grooming, he truly comes back smelling incredible! Can not comment of the daycare or hotel as we have not tried those yet, however I will update my post if I do. Finally they have an Indoor pool to take your pup swimming!! Looks fun will also update once we try it.

One of the best places for the dogs. I came to see what the doggievillemtl looks like and I fell in love with everything. The service is just perfect, the building is amazing, it’s a must to come here If you are a dog owner. You have to bring your furry friend.
