This Depotium Montreal Nord is the worst storage company I have ever had the experience of using. Hidden fees and surprise charges were the norm. Incompetent communication between management employees and clients. No ventilation, so extremely hot and often smells moldy or rotten, elevator is probably from the early 1980s and overall a very anxious feeling leaving your belongings in their hands. They will only call you back if it is in their interest to get more money out of you. Never use this business, pick any other storage company or pay a friend to use their garage if you can before MAYBE picking DEPOTIUM AS A LAST RESORT. It made me put one star but i would have chose 0 if i could. Classic depotium.....
I recently rented a storage unit due to the current pandemic of Covid-19 everything was done online and by phone. first time experience was amazing Wilson Ponce the employee helped me and explained in details the process guided me step by step. Lucky company to have employees like him!
Gave me the wrong locale on the spot than the one confirmed over the phone days earlier. Hot. Seems like no internal ventilation system. Poor experience so far, I have about 2-3months there. Might update later
Could be cleaner, pretty smelly too. Located in a very bad neighborhood. Clerk is pretty friendly though.
