There was some kind of chemical leaking from the ceiling and it dripped on some of my belongings. The maintenance people tried to put a piece of plastic, but it was already too late. I don't know what the substance is (and whether it is toxic or dangerous). I've attached pictures of what I am talking about. Depotium's "solution" was to move my belongings to another unit. NO price reduction, NO compensation for the damage to my things. This was during the quarantine so I was not at all comfortable allowing someone to go into my locker and move my things. VERY disappointing and frustrating experience.

Very friendly & helpful Staff in office, on the phone & online. Storage unit good sizes, quiet, & secure. Just move my gear into a smaller unit - went very smoothly. Paperwork done online. Recommend

Best storage space I've ever had...and I have had many! The staff was kind and always greeted me with a smile. The location was clean and safe. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I know where I'll be storing my belongings :)

The manager of Depotium St. Antoine, Huriye, and her staff were extremely professional, helpful and patient with my multiple moves in & out of a storage box while my son attended McGill. They were literally lifesavers since we live across the country, and were not able to cart his stuff back and forth. I would recommend their clean & accessible storage facilities to anyone!

I have no complaints at all as my experience has been good. They have workers that take their job very seriously and there is one woman that actually stands out and I think she should be given a raise and elevated. Her name is Huriye Kaya. She is very Customer/Client friendly and goes way and above to ensure everything runs smoothly at the Storage.

Hi, The overall service from the people in the office is good. The issues I have encountered with your facility located at 888 Saint Antoine are the following. -the lack of lighting is an issue. I can’t believe I pay hundreds of dollars a month for a big locker with no lighting inside. -the floor of the loading area is not level and the carts easily move away on their own given the slope in the floor, so when you’re loading/unloading contents that is annoying. -outdoor loading docks is not ideal and the space to enter and backup your vehicle is a problem as soon as there’s more than 1 car and worst when there’s a larger delivery truck.

I am a client at this location... I've never seen a cleaner place than this one... The units and facility are perfect... And, to add, the staff is amazing especially a certain Yusuf Poran... He's all about what customer service should be.. He was gentle and clear when I signed my contract..He was patient when he showed me the building and he walked me through always being clear and pointing out the advantages about renting a space here...I am an artist and needed a safe and clean storage space, and, after several visits to other companies... I landed here and knew riht away it was the right one... The reception was amazing and extra friendly like I was part of the Depotium family right away... The prices and security are amazing ... I recommend Depotium at 888 St-Antoine location for it's easy access and all around well trained staff ... Thank you
