Went here to renew RAMQ card, went at 17:30 and there was no line up at all, no one in the lobby. Was done in less than 5 minutes.

I’ve approached the person behind the counter to inquire about getting a family doctor and been yelled by an absolutely disrespectful staffer. Wow. Terrible experience. I hope she got fired, but tbh this should not be happening.
