They couldn't do my procedure because nothing was showing on the echo. My test was positive, they told me I needed a blood test because it could be another issue which can be an emergency (like an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage) and that they would call me back in 2 days with results but they never did. I had to take an appointment with another clinic to get the answers I needed. Very Poor Professionalism

I would've appreciated being warned that the appointment time was not going to be respected and that i would have to wait for more than an hour before seeing someone. What's the point of even making appointments? Very misleading.
My first and hopefully last abortion, but went as smoothly as possible! I was very anxious and scared, but the staff were all very kind. Don’t remember a thing, woke up comfortably in a bed with a nice pink blanket (adds comfort). They also gave me two cold cloths when I was sleeping that were placed on my head and neck. Would recommend! Thank you to all the staff members that supported and helped me throughout the process.
Absolutely amazing experience. Nurse Kathryn was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I was then with two other nurses and a doctor whom I forget their names, but I remember how kind and supportive they were. I blame my forgetfulness on the drugs and anxiety. My procedure was a bit complicated because of how early I was (approx. 4 weeks). I felt more pain than the average, but they supported me through out. I would recommend this team to any woman who is anxious and has never had an abortion. Truely wonderful people thank you!
My experience at Morgentaler was nearly perfect, I have no complains. The staff is incredibly welcoming, patient and informative. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic, especially if you're nervous.
