Worse iud insertion experience ever with doctor shelly xiao lei jiang. I have fainted right after the procedure and felt severe lower ab pain since the insertion. Even worse experience with the hispanic secretary who did not want to reschedule an appointment with the same doctor for my pain i was having since the insertion of my iud nor put me in contact with the doctor so I could get a check saying they don't give second appointment. Even the hospital found it weird. I am at emergency doing test and waiting for a gynecologist to remove my iud. I had the same iud before and never felt such pain and symptoms.

Very good experience with this clinic. All the staff members were nice and attentive. They were very patient with me when I was recovering from my procedure. The clinic is very clean and nicely decorated too.
There was NO follow up after inserting my IUD , I called 4 times during the pandemic trying to get the check up i was entitled to help because it was causing me issues and even if they do have doctors available today ; they’re still telling me to go elsewhere and deal with it , not even a reccomendation nothing . Really bad experience & if something is wrong with me this clinic will be held responsible . ** must be noted that I’m also being told my doc is retired as well , but there are other docs available and I’m just not eligible for this ?? Horrible
Went to have an abortion. The woman who explained to me the process was somewhat cold and was texting and looking at her phone while with me (mind you I was crying). However , the rest of the staff was so amazing and not judgmental. I was so scared but the meds makes you feel very relaxed. The nurse was so reassuring and provided with motherly support and love during the process even if I was accompany and it made me feel safe.
