Absolutely amazing. I hear a lot from the media about Montreal having "2nd most restaurants per street after NY " or whatever. Before Chez Anna, they either fell into one of the two types: either trendy and overpriced, or generic and forgettable. I never encountered a hearty and homey restaurant until this. Clean and homey, amazing service. Great value/price. I would choose this over any other in Montreal, or even in Canada.

Delivery: good portions, sustainable packaging, but the food was just okay. Had the soup of the day, which was a vegetable soup with meatballs. Lamb goulash was nice. Apple strudel was crispy pastry and apple mash.
We were walking around and the amazing smell attracted us inside, and we’re happy it did! Delicious lamb goulash that was authentic and reminded me of the incredible Hungarian food tried in Budapest. Don’t know how this place isn’t more known but we’ll definitely be back for more!
Dude, I’ve been ordering from this place like 4x a week. It’s a short and simple menu, which is awesome for indecisive eater like me. The vegetarian options are so good: get the eggplant schnitzel with the spaetzel sauce extra, or the vegetable ragout
