I like this store, employees are nice & helpful. Because of Covid you have to wait outside (max 3 people in). Wait times can be long and some people have a tendency of browsing for a long time while others wait outside. I suggest looking online for the products you want before entering the store so you don’t hold up the line & give other people a chance to get in. I had the issue of parking time almost running out because I did not anticipate wait time. Or perhaps buying online & ordering is a great option :) So many great products!

I gave the store 2 stars last time I went because i had a bad service experience. Like I said in that review, I would go back and see if it is a regular thing or just an unfortunate event. This time, I was greeted and the service was up to par, which is great! I did buy two items and they are of great quality (as seen bollow) for a fair price. Overall, a great place with great people. I still have to take a star off because of my first experience and cannot guarantee the same service for other people considering those events, but thank you for being respectful even if I left a bad review :)
I love this beautiful shop, it's a treasure in Montreal. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I recently ordered some products from their website because of our current lock down and I received them quickly, within a couple of days, and everything was beautifully wrapped.
