Horrible customer service ! Got on the phone with the customer care who did not inform me and rushed me into making payment for a courier service while I was under the impression that I was paying for passport renewal. Note to future customers: Always ask for the name of the person who provides you customer service. Also, ask them at each step if the service you are being asked to pay for is optional or mandatory

My experience at BLS was positive yesterday. The service agent was patient and ensured all my documents were in order. Also, the agent helped me get the required copies. The agent also assured me my file would be complete if I added one more copy of document. On my second visit, the work was done. I was also lucky that there wasn't much crowd otherwise it may have added to frustration. Given the exhaustive paperwork and the numerous items on the checklist, it is humanely difficult to present oneself without making an error. In the light of this, it is next to impossible to finish work in one visit. Clearly there are several items that can be omitted to make the process simpler. The volume of paperwork that can cause errors and lead to frustration. Once again, very polite, very courteous on the part of BLS.

Super polite, helpful and humble staff. Awesome experience. Without line up I went in with minimal prep of oci application with some originals. I was done and out in 30mins Excellet staff.
I formed a negative opinion after looking at the former reviews . But , things seem to have changed for better lately. I walked in with all my originals ( coz I wasn’t sure which photocopies were needed) . Neha helped me figure out the documents I needed and helped me with photocopies and printouts from my email too. She also provided me with forms like parental consent form. Kudos to BLS. It was a pleasant experience.
