First of all, let me start by saying that I did not purchase my ring from Alain Raphael. However through a mix up on my behalf, I sent my ring to Alain Raphael for repair work. My stone had come out of the tension setting. Even after knowing that it was made somewhere else, they were able to reset the stone. He sent me a video on how I can swap out my stones and fix this later with the right tool. I purchased some extra stones and he threw in a couple for free too. On top of that my ring arrived two days after he received it and it was polished beautifully. I regret not buying my ring originally from his shop, but I'd recommend him to anyone. My soon-to-be husband and I were supposed to elope back in November 2020 and didn't have much time to shop for wedding bands. We came across Alain's shop online and purchased two beautiful silver and gold wedding bands, which were delivered promptly the very next day. My ring was just a tad too small, so I had to send it back tto be resized. Again, it was promptly delivered by the next day. Unfortunately, my fiance and I caugt COVID in November, so we had to postpone our wedding and decided to wait until January 2021. During this time, I gained a few pounds and my ring was slightly too tight again. I called Al, who not only said he would resize it, but my engagement ring as well. Due to delays with the postal system, my rings may not reach Al in time to be resized for my wedding on 1/21, so Al is sending another wedding band. I have never encountered such stellar service in my entire life! Al goes above and beyond in all he does. If you want superior craftmanship and excellent customer service, this is the place! Thank you, Al! :-)
