This is a print shop that demands you work around them and not the other way around. Not what you should expect from your local printers. The customer service by phone was very disappointing. I highly recommend giving your business to another company.

I tried to get some info about their products and prices and was very '' politely'' given a ''how to live'' lesson over the phone. Completely ridiculous. I did not try the service itself nor can comment about the quality of their printing products. Since this printing company is new in the my neighborhood I wanted to support them and just called to ask basic questions and was litterally send to hell. The man on the phone did not let me place a word was talking over me and abviously did not care about getting my business. This way I'll go elsewhere.
Ils font tout. Articles promotionnels et impression. Excellent service et prix. On fait tout chez eux depuis 2004.

Le propriétaire ne souhaitait visiblement pas imprimer notre projet qui semblait trop compliqué et pas assez rentable pour lui, ce que je peux comprendre. J'ai toutefois beaucoup moins apprécié le ton utilisé pour nous en informer et son envi de nous apprendre comment faire notre travail. Je confirme donc le ton méprisant mentionné par plusieurs autres clients.

Service parfait, attentionné et très professionnel. Cela fait 2 ans que je fais affaire avec Jean pour la papeterie de ma PME et je n'ai jamais été déçue. 5 étoiles pour ma part ce n'est pas assez généreux! :) Jean c'est le best!
