Had an amazing time going on a dune buggy tour, we went to the old train station about 25 min away from the Tremblant village, and were greeted with a reception, we then signed our waiver and filled out a form. We then were greeted by our fun and awesome tour guide! He kept making us laugh and made it an amazing journey! We then got out buggy and we drove to the forest, the vehicles were all clean and sanitized. The tour was fun, we were with 2 other families and they were in separate vehicles, we stopped and took pictures and we went in to the mud as-well! Luckily we did not get muddy or dirty at all. Overall amazing experience, we had a blast and would highly recommend going with kids and company. Would love to go again

It was great, very busy during the weekend or maybe I should have tried the morning shift

Came back to Mont-Tremblant after two years with family. Love this place and the atmosphere. Not as crowded. Last time I was able to buy discounted package for attractions from Costco, I wish they offer more of those as its expensive to buy on the spot

We booked the activity prior to coming, but based on Tremblant.ca, they had outdated information which did not accurately reflect the hours of operation for the actual activity. We got to the activity site at 4:30 pm, was told they closed in 30 minutes. We told them that on Tremblant.ca it says from Dec 19-Jan 30, the hours of operation posted are 10-9 pm. We called the Activity Centre to see what can be done, the first lady we spoke with on the phone (I did not ask for her name) was super helpful but our phone call got cut short. I called again right after and the second agent we had (Bruno) was totally unsympathetic and was not hearing us out. We explained our situation over and over, he kept saying it was our responsibility to check the times; even though it clearly states on Tremblant.ca's website that it closes at 9 pm on the day of my visit. On the confirmation email received from the Activity Centre, it only states an opening time and no closing time. Bruno kept arguing with us that we were in the wrong. He took no time at all to listen to us. Eventually, I needed to escalate this situation further and asked for a supervisor/manager to which he claims he did not have one available. The next day, a refund was provided without the need to call again. Overall, unfortunately, we did not get to go snow tubing. We also noticed the prices directly at the activity site are a few dollars cheaper than from the Activity Centre.

Lots of restaurants, boutiques, beaver tail treats, bars, there is microbrewery serving European flavor beers, there is hotels and spa, a central plaza with performing stage, surrounded with restaurants, benches to rest and watch, a decoration fountain sits on the edge, having a coffee at hand, just enjoy the beautiful view of surroundings, again fall season is the best to see the color changing, some shops even decorated with Halloween display, a huge red chair sits at the corner, you have to climb to sit in it, there is mini playground for young kids, a free Gondola taking you from the parking lots to the base of the mountain where you can start hiking on the grand prix des couleurs, to see a water fountain on the trail, or buying ticket to use the Express Gondola to the submit
