Right from day one I had a whole team of specialists looking after me. There were so many scans and tests before the big day. All the results were shared with me and explained to me in easy to understand terms. My surgery day was Friday morning so my husband and I booked a hotel for Thursday and Friday nights and made a whole weekend out of it. Your comfort is their main concern. I was very happy with how I was treated. All followup appointments are covered at their expense for the next year.

From the consultation to the day of surgery everything went extremely smooth! The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Only a few days in but very much enjoying my new eyes!
I cannot recommend TLC enough! Everyone with glasses should get a treatment done!! I was so impressed with the quickness in which I was able to get a consultation, and then surgery date! The clinic was accommodating and very flexible to work with me and my budget. While not a cheap procedure, they work to make this treatment as affordable as possible. The staff are so friendly and professional - many have had a procedure done themselves and are able to encourage, reassure, and excite you about the upcoming treatment. The surgeon was very friendly and approachable - he instantly put me at ease! My treatment was so quick and painless! I have worn glasses for 23 years and HAD extremely poor vision. Immediately after the surgery I could see clearly without my glasses, and within 24 hours I had better than 20/20 vision!! It's also reassuring to know that I have a lifetime treatment plan through TLC, so I know I've got a support team for the rest of my life! I cannot recommend this place enough! If you've been thinking about coming in for a consult, don't delay! It's worth it!!
From the consultation to my follow up appointment after surgery... it was an amazing experience. My mom had this surgery done about 10 years ago and ever since she got it done I've wanted it done. Finally at the end of 2019 I decided no matter what I was getting it done in 2020. It is only the day after surgery and already it made a huge difference. With both my eyes being -7 dioptre before surgery and as soon as surgery was done I was already able to see without my glasses... I feel amazing and it is only going to get better. Thank you to all the staff at TLC for this amazing gift they gave to me. Yes it does cost but it is worth every penny!
Everything about the process was very well explained. The surgeon, eye doctor and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They made it as easy as possible. I am so glad I finally did it and don’t need glasses anymore. Thank you so much everyone at TLC!
First off, anybody wanting a consultation, it's free and easy and the staff is extremely friendly and no pressure too. I just underwent surgery Friday morning and it was very easy, nothing to it. Hard to explain but i can see so much more clearer now and worth every penny which by the way is not that expensive compared to 10 years ago. I recommend at least the consultation so this way they will tell you of your candidate!
Customer service is everything and it doesn’t get any better than at TLC. The staff is incredibly friendly and will treat you like royalty. No sale pitch or any pressure, and the results are as good as they can be! Painless and they always make sure you’re comfortable. They genuinely care. I can’t say enough good things about them and how happy I am with the results. Don’t trust anyone else with your eyes, they will take care of you.
Had a wonderful experience! From the time of the consultation to the moment I walked out after the surgery, every step was organized and professional. The whole staff was very nice. The process moves swiftly without making you feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about it. The chocolate chip cookies are a wonderful touch as well!
