This review is for my experience from April 2020 when everything was locked down because of Covid-19 and curbside pickup was just starting to become a thing. I was looking for Legrand outlets in a specific colour that were not available anywhere in the city. I contacted Terra Verde and though they did not have my colour in stock, Jon said they could order them in for me. Within the week they were shipped to the store and I was able to pick them up. Fantastic example of a business that is willing to go above and beyond for their customers, even if the purchase is a little item. Thanks so much Jon and crew!!

Today November 21 - 2018 visited the store @ 2:40 ...walked in and was looking to purchase a vanity light fixture spent approximately 10 minutes in the store and never had anyone come see if I needed help..upon leaving noticed a long dark haired lady behind counter playing on her phone... apparently that was more important than serving customers ..p.s I was also in the market for a new coffee table also...i will not visit this establishment again .
