The girl with purple/pink hair at checkout was absolutely fantastic. No one else in the store seemed available for assistance.
We went there yesterday to buy winter jacket and rain jacket for my husband. First time ever to encounter the rudest cashier. She's not helpful at all. If she doesn't like dealing with customer's queries why she's working there? We're also in a retail business and one of our objective is to provide excellent customer service and treat our customers with respect & kindness. Because if you don't - you will lose them. We're not going back to that store - if she is the cashier on duty!
Miserable store. No actual work pants in any normal sizes 34-36. Miserable staff don't give a you know what. Save yourself the trouble if your looking for actual work gear stay away.
I had purchased shoes online, and despite several reviews on the site they led me astray on sizing. I waited until the stores reopened and went to exchange them. The service was impeccable. The wait time was longer due to covid, but the store is handling the situation extremely well.
Very friendly and helpfull staff. Stopped by to grab some working gear and was able to find what I needed!
Excellent return policy, even clearance items which is great since you're not allowed to try everything on in store.
