This was our first movie since Feb 2020 (thank covid you jerk). And this was a nice way back to one of our favorite things. Staff was wonderful, place is beautiful, super clean in good shape, comfy and just a great experience. Can't wait to go back again and again. Oh also for those wondering they have great covid protocols in place

Very clean and bright, never had a bad experience here at this theatre. With the covid-19 restrictions in place it's almost better to go to a movie now because it's even more calm and quiet. Assigned seating and assembly line-style concessions make it perfect for introverts who don't feel like social interaction.
Couldn't prove my boyfriend and I are in the one family bubble. I may as well been sitting in another city. If SNB didn't make it so difficult to change our addresses, I could have enjoyed this outing. Kudos to Cineplex for following rules, but really we cannot sit next to one another? A bit much.

Absolutely NO WHERE on the tickets, confirmation page, etc. Does it show that you need to prove your proof of residence. I did not bring my wallet as my husband had his. They would not allow us to sit together and said "the sign is on the door". Well unfortunately not all of us live close to the theater to read a sign and go back home to be prepared. We explained we were married (wearing rings, same last name) and had our 3 year old daughter. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant. We literally left the movie as why would we pay 60 for family night when we can't even watch it together. Should be ashamed if themselves. We will NOT be going back. Horrible.
Was fun even with Covid restrictions. We had our own little area. Movie wasn't really to my liking but my friend enjoyed it.
Totally Undeniable that Im a huge movie buff , well now you add in some of my ultimate favorite ingredients like Marvel , DC Comics ,The best of the best DISNEY ! Now you add the extras of the upgraded theaters well well well . -I got D-Box tickets to see Hellboy and Oh My F**KiNG. G*D HEAVENNN !!!!!
