Wonderful and very helpful staff, very clean facility. If you come during busy times you could be in/out in 1.5 hrs. Non busy times I am out in an hour. I love helping others and making a few extra dollars. Was skeptical at first but have nothing but good things to say about my experience Carolyn Lirette Moncton

I was treated with great respect while giving blood. Without exception, the staff were attentive, concerned, and fun! It's a great way to give 'thanks' for the blood that saved the life of someone you love (because at some point it did, or will). This is my 'go to' place to give blood. Thanks for your great work! :D

i don't like that it was changed to 30 first visit and 50 second visit, it should be 40-40 not everyone is the same, for me i have to change to donate one one week and two the other my body takes time for me to build back my protein, why should we be penalized if some weeks we can't donate two times, other than that staff is great and like the snacks
I attempted to donate blood today (I couldnt due to my low iron levels) but the front desk employee who "helped" me was quite rude. I go by Vic, as I have my entire life, but this worker insisted my "first name" was my entire first and middle names and was quite insistent on calling me my entire name the entire time. She was quite condescending with me and it really rubbed me the wrong way. It felt like she thought I was stupid and didn't understand basic instructions. I will be going back to attempt to donate again in the future but I will not deal with this employee again.
