Was on hold for 2 hrs and then got disconnected. Been trying to get through for days. Locked out of my account.
Unusable services! You try to use online, enter your CRA account, password, mother's maiden name, sin, date of birth then they ask you for what you wrote on line 127 on your last year's taxes??? I don't know I figured I'd check that once I login why else would I want to use your online services??? To get access to my tax info?? What a terrible website!
