I had an amazing time here, My finance and I had a beautiful suite! With very friendly service an one of the employees that works there actually helped us out in a beautiful way We had left our room to go for a drive to the store, an when we arrived , I opened the door to our suite an there were rose petals an strawberry covered chocolates , An TWO bottles really nice wine. So between the young man also my fiancee of course had a hand in the surprise for myself! All in all I have to say it was Perfect So when I stated that an employee had helped us out, Well I would to say a very big thank you , as this young man went ahead and did so much without even charging us!!!.
Over all nice staff and clean rooms but I feel its very over-priced for what the rooms are we had a superior king suite and its honestly nothing fancy and very small room and there are no options to rent a movie or Netflix in the room because all they offer is cable TV which would be nice to able to relax clean rooms and throughout the hotel
This place is absolutely amazing the hotel rooms are top notch and you can't beat having an in room hot tub. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I liked the place so much I am only going to stay here when I come to town. The spa services are great too, and affordable. The little cafe thing they have is good, and good value for money.
The hotel itself was ok. the room we stayed in was nice . The spa service on the other hand was not very impressive . My husband and I had booked an hour long couples massage. When it was time for our appointment we were taken to a leisure room to answer a questionnaire . My massage therapist came and got me my husband was left sitting in the leisure room for about half hour and finally had to go find someone that’s when we were told the other massage therapist had not showed up for work . I was left laying on the massage table for about 40 mins before they got someone in to give my husband his massage . Our one hour massage was reduced to a 30 min massage and I think I left there more tense and stressed then I was before . I do not recommend the spa services at all!!!! Very pricey for the services and definitely not worth it. We were very disappointed.

Excellent experience from the time we walked through the entrance. We were greeted by a friendly smiling face who checked us in quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The night staff was extremely curtious, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff we met were friendly. The cafe was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff at the cafe made me feel like I was the only person there. Super friendly and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Monastery Hotel. We will definitely be going back!
I've been waiting 4 months to hear back about my tattoo removal appointment. I don't know why you have tattoo removal advertised on your website if you don't currently have the service. I could have went elsewhere by now.
