Our technical support and customer service teams are based right here in Windsor, with no offshore outsourced call centres, keeping everything local. We service individuals, school boards, hospitals, financial service providers, automotive dealers, real estate agencies and brokers, educational institutions, professional musicians, government agencies, municipalities, tool and die manufacturers, and variety of small businesses throughout Southwestern Ontario. MNSi also provides co-location and hosting services.

They are not serving essential workers in COVID. They refused to install internet service at our home because we work in US. This is shameful how they are treating essential workers. They made us wait 2 weeks for the install day and then they refused to help with any options like maintaining social distancing and wearing mask etc. Stay away from this company.

I have home phone with free Canada wide long distance and unlimited internet. Once they get the fiber optics through they will get 10 stars and I wish they had cell phone service. The staff are all very nice and they have great customer service representatives and Tech support. I don't understand why everyone isn't getting their interest and home phone from them.

Internet & Phone service have always been stellar but after 2 years they are clearly not ready for the same \prime time\ level customer service when it comes to TV. The best option for that is still OTA streaming devices like Fire Stick, Amazon TV, Netflix, etc. (if specialty channels are your thing).

We have had MNSi for about 4 years now with the new installation of fibre optics which they installed in our Lakeshore neighbourhood with a low speed at 15 which is fine. I got one of the best and latest Asus router and called to increase our wifi to 250 speed which is great. Well I saw no difference! Things are still buffering. I’ve called many times tech support but nothing really seems to fix the issue. They’re a great company and offer many services but the wifi is just not where it should be; and I just realized that the entire neighbourhood is depended from one power source where everyone is basically getting their internet from. So we requested the speed at 250 but it’s only working at 94.5 when I tested it.

The service is horrible it been bad for the past few weeks and I have never recieved a copy of my bill oh and on top of that I got the fastest speed and I know it wasn't going to hit the mark exact but I'm not even close I get 215mbps down and 0 .67mbps up When I'm supposed to be getting 1000 down and 750 up I went to call then and their phones dont work
