Headlight burned out, waited 3 weeks to get put in schedule due to my work schedule their reduced hours for COVID. Asked them to replace both bulbs, waited on site, outside in the cold, for 3 hours. They billed me for 2 headlights, a month later, the other headlight burned out. In addition, my previously crystal clear headlights are pitted-- FROM THE INSIDE. Was in there 3 separate times asking them to find the source of a metallic noise in the rear end, every time they told me they found nothing, until I told them to check the brakes, at which time a stabilizer was suddenly broken. They quoted me for the repair. I went to another mechanic and found that they were billing me for 4 of what they needed 1 of and that the job was less than half the price they quoted. I won't be back.

Booked an appointment for a recall on our SUV went in for the appointment. They never booked it, so it couldn't be seen so they booked it in for a week later, go in they tell my wife the parts were never ordered.... so it was booked again for 2 weeks later to ensure the parts would be in. 2 weeks later she takes it back in they change the motor oil because it isn't the right oil from the factory (part of the recall) but never got the parts that were required, so now shes going back for her 4th appointment. When it couldn't be seen until 4 hours after its booked time... they sent her with a loaner for she wouldn't miss work, then dropped the damn thing off with every tire under pressure. They should look at possibly hiring someone to organize there mess, we will never go to this dealership again don't have months to deal with simple issues.
