Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. They take their covid protocols very serious. Nurse Caroline was so professional. I didn't even feel when she put the IV in. She sensed that I was very nervous and was able to calm my nerves. When the procedure was done she made sure I got something to drink and assisted me to sit while I waited for my ride. She was so caring. They need more people like her in those positions. I would definitely recommend this clinic for a colonoscopy.

Great, clean medical facility with an awesome friendly staff, in particular Miss Joy. She was a sweetheart of a nurse, and takes great care of all of her clients. The team was having fun together - and it’s nice to see that it’s not just an in-and-out procedure type of place. They were on time, told me what was up, wheeled me in, gave me a sedative, and I woke up a few minutes later and the procedure was done. Painless.

This is a terrific, very professional facility. You are treated as a human (rather than just another ***hole walking through the door ). The office is clean and spacious and reassuring covid-19 strategies are in place. Each staff member of the several that assist or examine you will speak to you, explain what they are going to do, and answer questions patiently. For my appointment they were punctual and had me out ahead of the predicted time. If you need these services, have your doc refer you here. See you again in a decade!

I had the procedure done on March 19th last week. Initial contact prior to the procedure was Priti, who was very professional, pleasant and quick in replying to my emails. At arrival i was taken care of by the nurses, Alicia and Joy. They were also very pleasant and professional and very caring also. The procedure was performed by Dr. Imran Rasul. I did not feel a thing and after coming back to my senses , I was told that I am good to go home. The team is wonderful , keep up the great work. All the very best .

Dr.Joshi’s complete disregard for my friend left her suffering in pain for weeks, she was unable to do simple things like sleep, eat or tend to her daughter. She’s had a short history of stomach and bowel issues and when she was sent to this clinic they simply told her that she smokes too much weed and she was simply withdrawing. It doesn’t take a genius to understand that is absolutely false, Well now that she’s been seen by a doctor who actually cares about her health, she’s been informed she has Crohns. Her bowels were so severely inflamed from weeks of not knowing. All because Dr.Joshi didn’t provide the proper health care she has taken an oath to give to patients. Hopefully no long term effects have been caused by her incompetence.

The lady at the front desk makes the clients very uncomfortable...she needs to brush up on her attitude. The way she speaks to people is beyond disgusting!
