Don’t let the good reviews fool you as they did for me. At first communication was great with Julie-An, but once the order was taken and files were sent, it went downhill from there. I ordered a custom hoodie as a xmas gift. Firstly the order was done late (but it’s covid so things happen), they said the hoodie was finally ready (over the phone) and that they’d email us when ready, no email came, next day I called and several times, no answer, finally they pick up later that day, and say the order is ready. I get my husband to pick it up, he arrives at the store, it’s still NOT ready. Now too late as a Xmas gift as I won’t see the recipient until after holidays. Following Monday I pick it up, explain the situation to employee ringing me up, he said it must’ve been owner/manager who mistakenly told me it was ready (ok miscommunications happen, but own up to it) after arguing with him for what seemed like 15 min and tracking previous emails, he gives me 10 discount from a 20 charge, I give him 10 cash and start to leave, and he says it’s 10 plus tax! Unbelievable. Seems like there isnt enough communication between Kaiya (emailer) and his boss. In addition, when I was at the store, I overheard another customer explaining that she was emailing them since November and gotten no response.

These guys are def good at taking your money. But when they can’t come up with a decent logo/design for that money they don’t have any answer for it...but they still keep your money. So it works out well for them...especially in a pandemic when our money/budget was super tight! So we got nothing in return for spent...awesome!

Told me that the product was ready the day before and again that it was ready today, when i showed up it still wasn’t ready. We really needed our hoodie printed asap and they were unable to deliver and didn’t seem to care. Would pass the buck from on employee to another. We missed giving the gift on time and had to make multiple trips to their store after the fact
