Large, clean store. Watched the owner digitally take each employee's temperature. One employee, Anant Mehta, patiently helped me sort out a number of things. I recommend the store and will definitely be back.
Great service. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Would give 5 stars if my order arrives in time to pick up in store. Took me 3 trips to finally get my stuff. Lots of parking in front. Spacious store. Not as big as the Toronto location.
Edit: I deleted my original review as it looks like our issue will be resolved. My husband bought a professional ring-light for his brother’s birthday, one month before his birthday, and picked it up curb-side two weeks later. Long story short: the light was not in the box when my brother-in-law opened his present last night (embarrassing!). After several phone calls and emails to various managers this morning, my husband was finally told they have now ordered a new light from Calgary, that they’ll ship to us when it arrives. So it looks like the situation will be resolved.

Sunday evening I had a question and Varun emailed me back right away. He has been super diligent and patient with me as I had many, many, many questions. He never wavered and was always ready with a friendly response. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff!!! I would highly recommend Varun as he is truly a star!!! I would also highly recommend Vistek for all your Photo and Video Needs, they have it all! This weekend will be spent with my new Canon and goodies! Thanks again Varun and Vistek!
