Great staff and selection of products. I liked that they provided the ability to customize all the details like colors and finishes to my liking. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to create unique, stylish spaces.

Good service and pricing. We have used their products for our renovation. Quality is very good and the prices are reasonable. We received a very good advise from Sunil (Sales office) and good service from Anu (Warehouse). I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation

If I could rate them 0 it's very deserving. Most associates there care nothing for their clients and do not know how to communicate. Empty promises week over week when we have to call for an update, 3.5 months pass before we get our product. Lack of customer service and no integrity and very dishonest. No attention to detail, had to make 4 extra trips 100km each way from where we are because the actual item is not in/they forgot to put everything we ordered together and they don't care or have any respect for their customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this organization. In response to VV response to my review..... I was told I was the only one who had issues with their company and reacted in an unpleasant manner, that \the one\ in charge would loose her job, and be fired by Paul. LIE, she's still there and just added more frustration to an already tramatic situation. Please take ownership of your mistakes so no one has to go through as horrible of an experience as we did.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Over promise and under deliver.... We ordered a Vanity and matching cupboard doors for our first of 5 bathroom renos. Vanity took months to arrive after an initial promise of 3 weeks, and when we picked it up, did not have the correct knobs we ordered nor were the cupboard doors ready. Weeks and weeks of calling, put on hold for over 15 mins at a time, and passed from person to person, still didn't have the correct knobs or doors. Finally went into store, at which point I was given the correct knobs and told someone would call by 8pm that night, with where the doors were at. As expected, nobody called. Waited another week, and went back into store and demanded an update on my doors, was escorted to a filthy, messy office out of sight of other customers, and basically told that my doors hadn't been ordered and did I want to go ahead. The obvious answer was NO. The guy then went on about dealing with over 50 customers a day, and no problems etc etc, and please try them again for our other bathrooms....AS IF. We currently have an unfinished bathroom, with mismatched doors, thanks to this company. Offers of compensation were made to the credit card we paid with, to date, another month after leaving the store, no refunds have been received by us. Please heed my warnings, these guys are a shambolic company and can't be trusted.
