Paul and his team at VCM helped to create our organization's very first video. I can't thank them enough. Despite some tech difficulties (on our end), Paul & Co were calm, helpful, responsive and rose to every challenge with positivity and creative support. They even managed to deliver the video several days early. I've worked in advertising and marketing for longer than I can to admit. These folks are total pros and brought great value to the project. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Our team at the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities worked with VCM to create a promotional video for a new mentorship program. VCM guided us through the process of planning for the video, providing us with tools and guidelines in order to ensure that things went smoothly. The team was professional, personable, flexible and fantastic to work with, and Paul was always extremely responsive, timely, and kept everything on track. Beyond this, what impressed us most was the fact that they genuinely cared about the project, working with us to create not only a quality product, but one that felt true to our organization, our brand and the intent of the project. While Paul and his team were always accommodating and inviting our input, they also brought forward thought leadership and made suggestions throughout the process that definitely improved the quality of the footage and dynamism of the footage. It was evident that the team had a great understanding of the end product we wanted, and were able to guide the entire process in such a way that the end product not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. We would definitely work with VCM in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
I just want to say thank you to the whole team at VCM for going above and beyond to fulfill exactly what I wanted (and I am one of those perfectionists). As for the video (infomercial), the quality was beyond my expectations - they literally pay attention to the smallest of details. It's rare you see today that companies truly care about their clients needs and this is definitely the case here. The director producer Paul is one of the kindest and most humble people you'll meet. We enjoyed working with Paul and his team! It was a challenge working with us as we did not have a clear vision of what we wanted or how to communicate it.
