Believe the reviews....we had an appointment scheduled and they asked for 90 deposit just to show up. Can kind of live with that but when the technician called and wanted another 100 for mileage before he would even come to look at the dishwasher, kind of said we were going to get the run around for awhile. Did at least get deposit back, so some good news

I'm super stoked and thrilled with the service Mike Jaggi provided me with today. He's such an upbeat human being with an amazing personality that just shines through. The whole time he was here, he was working very hard while keeping up conversation with me (even though technically service people hate it when customers hover over them and don't shut up) Mike embraced it and was actually enjoying the convo. By far the best serviceman I've ever dealt with. He explained everything thoroughly, was informative, helpful and you can tell he enjoys what he does and that he genuinely cares about clients. He is the only serviceman that calls and texts you the night before to set your expectations, and even though it's usually a 3-4 hour window, he's so efficient and precise with his work and schedule that he's able to provide a 2 hour window. He said he'd be here between 9-11 today, he was here 9 sharp. You just can't get better service that this. Thank you Mike for being a great guy with a sense of humour while being courteous and maintaining professionalism the entire time. I wish that were all like you.... I just had my old over-the-range microwave taken out and a new one installed. Trans Global was responsive over the phone and called me back when they said they would. The technicians were on time (actually a little bit early), friendly, professional and quick. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. I just got my new range last week and the they were the ones who suggested that I give them something to cover the glass cooktop. The price was competitive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I’ve been waiting for 3 months for a warranty repair with them. No returned phone calls, no emails, nothing. They turned the blame on LG which gave them to OK to fix it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. BEWARE.
Quick response time, very good and honest repair people that come to your home. Honesty is a valuable asset to the company. Would definitely recommend for appliance repairs
