On July 2, I was having a really bad day because I lost my iphone charger and earphone and I had a very important business meeting before my flight. I met this young lady by the name of Charlene and her customer service and product knowedge amazed me. Her smile lightening up my day. I walked out of the istore feeling extremely happy. Today my husband and I went to a relay store on domestic side terminal 1. I was struggling to find something for my grandson because there is a wide nice selection to chose from, and guess what! The same lady that helped me in the istore few days ago approaches us. She was super friendly and offered to help after noticing that I was unsure of what to buy. She took the time to find out what I needed and what my preferences were, and she walked me through the different raptors shirts they had. She even gave me some great ideas of which shirt a 12 years old boy might like. She used her son as prefect example. She picked out a shirt with all the players name on the back. It not the cheapest one, but her sales skill, customer service, friendliness and patience amazed me again. Right away, I fell inlove with the shirt. I know my grandson is going to love it. The cashier are amazing! Monica knows how to let the customer feels welcome and appreciated. She is very polite and amazing. It was an excellent experience and I really appreciated the employees' customer service skills. I will come again.

They take advantage on people they charge 14.99 plus tax for a small luggage lock that usualy cost 1.00 dollar in any dollar store
