I love everything about it, love wifi and plug in cellphones, plus the decent prices for tickets. Also last trips by the train was weird perfect timing by the time we deplaned and got down to get our checked bag. Also love how it stops at union station, I like area for the train. The common area reminds of waterfront station in Vancouver

My experience: rude driver;poor customer service and ended up walking three blocks to my hotel. Okay for single travellers price-wise. My return trip to airport - took the flat-rate taxi for the same price (two people)....no stops, pleasant service, luxury ride.
The transfer to the airport didn’t work at all. Our flight departure time was 06:15 pm (international). Therefore we decided to take the airport express at 02:25 pm (Westin Harbor Castle) to have sufficient time, because of the rush hour. The 02:25 shuttle didn’t show up, so we waited for the shuttle at 02:55 pm. Meanwhile we tried to get information about the situation from other airport express bus drivers, coming from the airport. We couldn’t get any information about the situation from these guys…. The shuttle at 02:55 didn’t come too. We waited for another shuttle scheduled for 03:25 pm. This bus did come neither. So we were force to take a taxi to get to the airport in time for our flight (fare 55).
Good service and clean all the time
I wanted to thank the Airport Express driver on the 7:55 AM run (from Terminal 1) to downtown for being extra nice to me on Wednesday January 8, 2014. I wish I had change on me to reward his kindness with a tip. I didn't get his name or the bus # but I actually thought I saw him drive today and if I could have caught up to the vehicle, I would have tipped him retroactively. On a somewhat related topic, I thought (but am only 50% sure, as I had flown overnight) the schedule available at the kiosk in Terminal 1 is slightly different from the one printed on the website, by roughly 5 minutes. Also, the wifi was great on the way to the airport on Dec. 24 but not working on the way back (Jan.08) but I still enjoyed the service overall and will be using this again and again. Prior to leaving, I called to confirm pick-up location and the CSR was very helpful and courteous on the phone as well. 5 stars.
