This place has really nice services and flight tickets for best deals. I have already purchased four tickets from Tian Bao Travel and they never let me down. The staffs there are also nice and responsive. I have recommended this place to my friends and family, and I'm looking forward to purchasing all my future tickets here.

Tianbao only gets a 1 star because I can not give 0 stars. If I could, I would. My wife and her family booked a tour with them to the West coast of the US. It was a nightmare of an experience. To sum it all up: 1. Tour guides were rude 2. Bus drivers were yelling at passengers 3. Hotel had hair on bed sheets 4. Tianbao only offered a 50 discount towards next booking. Seriously? Only 50 off for a nightmare of an experience? Till this day when I asked my 4 year old daughter how the trip went, her reply is “the bus driver was mean and yelling!” To be honest, I think the best part of the trip was when the tour was over.
Tianbao has a good service and a good price for my summer ticket. Their stuff is also very nice to me, and they give me many useful message.
Outstanding customer service, Ashley helped my girlfriend and I book several trips to Central America and Asia. No problems encountered during the process.
