Worst experience! DO NOT SHOP at this location! I spend close to 300 monthly in exchange for horrible customer service by the lady manager working weekdays. She’s extremely rude, unaccommodating and fails to share any product knowledge even when asked!

Not going back here again. The lady at customer service is rude. The shop charged more price than listed online, it’s been corrected and refunded the difference but after long wait and small arguments. Surprisingly they don’t apologize for their mistake.

Great deals/discounts. The time of sending an order to the time of shipment is quite delayed.5-10 days. Attempted to contact company Via fb messenger and email multiple time and not one time have they Responded. To call and speak to someone... they do not seem friendly or overly interested in helping. I’ve only ordered for the discounts and free shipping. Customer service needs work.

Horrible service and staff at the store! One put me on hold for 10 minutes and didn't bother to come back on, all the while making small talk with someone in the back! Then when I tried to call back for assistance, wouldn't pick up the phone! Not the right way to run a business!
