Amazing and friendly service! I got my first bass guitar here. Jim and Kale are super knowledgeable and helpful, they make sure their customers are well taken care of. I've been to other music shops before where their staffs have a pretentious air about them, but not The Guitar World. I felt very welcomed and comfortable here. Absolutely coming back again for future guitar needs and upgrades. Thank you again!

Honestly, Guitar World is the definition of clutch. Needed my guitar set up in an emergency situation and Jim was up to the task. I got same day service, quality, and expert opinion. Not only did I receive professional services my guitar was ready to play right after taking it out the shop. Excellent services, and friendly staff. I definitely recommend Jim and Guitar World.
This place is great. Jim (owner? manager? not sure) knows how to treat customers. After a terrible experience with another store in Toronto, I placed an order online with these guys for a guitar for my son for Christmas. Like the other store, it turns out the guitar I wanted here wasn't in stock. But Jim immediately got a hold of me and offered an alternative. And he guaranteed that if my son didn't like the alternative, we could switch it out for the original guitar when it came back in stock. This is the difference great customer service makes. The same exact issue handled in completely opposite ways. Thanks to Jim and Guitar World for making my son's Christmas present a great one (he loved the alternative guitar, BTW, and we kept it).
Terrific customer service. Ordered online an entry level electric guitar and amp for my son. Jim called us to verify our order and made sure our order fit our needs. My son is extremely happy with everything. Highly recommend!
