Terrible experience, preordered some duty free items, they ended up closing before I arrived to the boarding gate. Been waiting on the refund for 2 months and still no updates.

There is no smile only, the insolent attitude of command shoppers, the Asian face of the people are not friendly. People of other colors are friendly. checkout clerks are rude. No smiles and no lines. The worst place in Canada is shopping. Can your company train people to be polite to customers? It's not pleasant to be served by such a waitress. Return it directly. Please hire polite people to serve your clients.

One of the black woman at the cashier is really rude. Many were lining up to pay, and while one of her colleagues was struggling to get all the work done, she was just standing there, ignoring all the people, counting COINS. Was it really necessary? Moreover her nails were so long and full of glitters - that did not seem very appropriate for the job.

My family and I were waiting to pay at the cash, the cashier yelled at us that we put ice wine on the table because this interrupts his transaction (aka printing the receipt) and telling us this is Canada , go pay somewhere else! We have been living in Canada more than 10 years , never ever had such an awful experience. They own us an apology and don’t be racist! And TREAT your customers NICELY , please !
