Great selection and displays in the store of tubs, vanities, sinks, toilets, and water controls/faucets. They even have a shower head tester display at the back. Everything is nicely displayed in different layouts. Majority of the products are higher and unique. They need to have more staff on hand to provide assistance though. Don't forget to check out Ciot next door for amazing tiles.

Asha at taps is the best working hard sales person. Very knowledgeable and very responsive all the time. She worked on my order with me till very late after the showroom was even closed. After the order was finalized, I got home, and saw her photo was on a flyer that dropped to my door from Taps. She is a wonderful lady!
We worked with Nadia at Mississauga location for our custom home project a while ago and the general experience was quite pleasant. This is why we were surprised to see some of the reviews with such low ratings. The only glitch was the fact that one item was missing a crucial part in the initial delivery, according to my plumbing contractor on-site. However, we were able to get the part relatively quickly after reaching out to Nadia. Here we are planning for another project, and TAPS is still our first stop for kitchen and bath fixtures. Hank
Best selection in the Golden horseshoe. A little bit pricey but well worth it.
Special thanks to Russ. Russ delivered my products. The mirror/medicine cabinet was not delivered as scheduled. Fortunately I had enough work to keep contractors busy until mirror arrived a week later then scheduled. All staff Magdalena and Valerie were most helpful but a special thank you to Russ who gave me his number to call at any time. He kept in touch until mirror arrived and delivered the product first thing. Overall I am pleased with my business dealing with Taps Mississauga.
