Bought a leather-match couch and was defective from day 1. First the cushion was scratched which was replaced. Then one leg broke off, they couriered bolt to put the leg on and not even 1 week later, the leg broke again. Now I am told that because I live up north, if I want it professionally fixed, I have to pay for someone to come out to where I live to fix it. Terrible customer service. I have asked for a refund and they refuse to give one - this was a manufacturing defective couch and you need to refund me. UPDATE: I had to pay 150 for Super Deal to send someone to my house in Dec 2020 to \professionally\ fix the leg on the couch. It is now Jan 11, 2021 - and the front leg of the couch has broken now. I have emailed but am not getting any reply.
