Purchased a garage door from the dealer (who was very helpful and Knowles). Measurements were taken and sent out. I had an installation date set for September 28. They called and said that they would have to postpone the date to October 5th or 6th. This was still alright because my home was not meant to be listed for sale until a few days after this. Now, on October 2nd they call and cannot have the door completed until October 13th, meanwhile my home is supposed to be listed for sale on October 8th. Very disappointed in the company. PS who closes on a Friday at 2:00pm????
