I sought out this clinic at the recommendation of my neurologist and it is the best decision I have ever made. My life has completely changed for the better. The team is extremely organized and provides thorough information every step of the way. My surgery was quick and easy; I was taken care of beautifully. Recovery was as expected, no problems, but I always had the support of the team. Frequent telephone checkups answer all my questions. I can’t recommend this clinic higher.

I absolutely adore Dr. Orzach. Very personable and caring. The Booking Team, Nurses and Dietitians are very responsive. The surgical team were very courteous and attentive. I had my Gastric Sleeve 5 days ago. So far so good. Emails are being responded to in a timely manner by Tina (nurse) and Ellen (dietitian) and I'm very grateful. This is a tool. Not a magic. From here onwards, the success of the process is all in my hand and I will not take this for granted. The best 19.500 investment! Thank you Dr. Orzach and the Team.

Só here’s my review . Before I paid them they were very proactive always emailing and calling . Once I paid them, they were not so much anymore... emails. During surgery everything went well, doctor Cobourn was very kind and from his part I have no complaints. Facility where I did the surgery they all were very good and professional . During my 1 night I had to sleep in there it was very good . Post surgery I only had one so far and I only saw dietitian and a nurse . Was expecting seeing the doctor but did not happen. Nursing team I emailed them twice with questions they just don’t respond . When I went in for my follow up according to nurse “she simply didn’t get my email “ once again I sent another question no answers . I feel like once you paid all costumer services just falls off from a cliff . That’s why I give a 2 star . Surgery was spectacular no complaints nor on doctor . But his staff i felt like I was left behind . Would I recommend the clinic? For doc and facility yes .

This week is the 3rd anniversary of my gastric sleeve surgery. I lost 150 pounds in the first 18 months and have maintained that loss. It's not easy, not going to lie, now that the work is up to me. I've had to call the clinic for help a few times, have talked to the dietitians and nurses for insight and knowledge. And that's what they are there for. Exciting news for me is that my daughter is pregnant with her first baby! I've been fortunate to have lost this weight and will be able to enjoy and keep up with him or her! Thank you all for the support on this journey. I appreciate all the advice and encouragement along the way!! This is truly the best thing I've ever done for myself!!

Substantial difference when compared to any/all Public Healthcare – “the difference is significant”. I also appreciate the quality of information, documentation and use of electronic training platforms. You have put allot of effort into organizing and managing of all the staff in order to deliver this high level of efficiency and highly engaged/and motivated healthcare professionals - Extremely well done. The general public and our Ontario Public Healthcare really need to learn/understand the value of your very effective use of 21st century technologies/and your highly motivated and engaged healthcare team of employees – you are miles out front of a badly failing and stagnant Public Healthcare System - very well done Dr. Cobourn. Thank you to you, and all your supporting doctors, nurses, coordinators, dieticians – you have an excellent team of highly efficient and engaged people/and professionals.
