Great service. I parked my truck here and received the royal treatment. I decided to get my truck detailed while I was away and when I returned, my truck was perfectly detailed. I've used Skypark many times before and would highly recommend them over other parking services out there. 10/10

Do not use this place for anything. I picked my car up and it looked like it was parked under an expressway that was in a war zone. When we pulled up from the airport and saw it, the driver commented, \Sorry. There's construction around here.\ When I got into the car, I noticed my touchscreen was shattered. It looked like someone pushed on it way too hard. When I spoke to the office, they said the manager will be in at 10am. So I called at 10am. They said she'll be in at 11. So I called at 11. They said she's be in at 3. So I called at 3. Then they said she was in already and to leave a message again. You can imagine how infuriating that could be. When someone called back they day after, they said they will look into it and call me back. They never called me back. When I called back 5 days later, they same runaround started again. This place will break things in your car and take zero responsibility for it, and in fact lie to you. Do not use them for anything.
Took 35 min to get picked up. Lot is dirt and not cleaned up. Came to my cover with a bag of rotting food someone had left. Zero customer service skills. They wouldn’t even put my bags in the trunk or open the doors. First and last time we will use them.
You get what you pay for. Dont risk parking here just pay a little more and park at the airport. Not worth the arbitrary fees they slap you with when you are coming off a 12 hour flight and are to tired to argue. I hope this review helps someone avoid my mistake.
Pretty good prices and fast shuttle service. Car was waiting when I got back.
