I went in for my usual Botox and Shayna had tended to me. She was awesome ! She was super friendly , very professional and knowledgeable. Also, the clinic was clean and tidy. The receptionist was also very friendly and greeted me upon my arrival. I drive by a couple of Skin Vitality clinics JUST for the experience of the Mississauga location. I will definitely be returning.

Update!! Excellent customer service! I was offered a complimentary service since I wasn't 100% satisfied with my results! Thank you skin vitality The staff is really nice, clinic is clean. I had my first treatment and some areas were missed so i went back a couple of weeks later and now I'm finding that there are still areas I'm not satisfied with.
